摘要:无花果作为亟待开发的第三代水果,随着消费者健康意识的增强,深度研究无花果资源的开发利用刻不容缓。中国是亚洲最大的无花果生产消费国,一直致力于无花果的开发利用,在无花果的成分分析、药用特性、贮藏和加工利用等关键技术上有一定的研究基础。本文对近年来中国无花果的成分分析、药用特性、贮藏技术、加工技术研究进展进行简述,为无花果资源的深度开发利用提供参考。

Research Progress on Postharvest Figs in China

Abstract:Fig is the third generation fruit that needs to be developed urgently. With the enhancement of consumers′ health consciousness, it is urgent to study the exploitation and utilization of fig resources in depth. As the biggest producer and consumer of figs in Asia, China has been committed to the development and utilization of figs, and has a certain research foundation in the key technologies such as composition analysis, medicinal properties, storage, processing and utilization of figs. In this paper, the research progress of components analysis, medicinal properties, storage technology and processing technology of Figs in China in recent years were briefly reviewed, providing reference for the further development and utilization of figs resources.
